Cancellation and refunds
Paid monthly web subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through Manage Billing or Open Billing Portal on this page.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid monthly billing period. Your subscription remains active until then and will not renew after cancellation.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including unused time or partial months, except where required by law. This policy applies to monthly web subscriptions; any separately agreed enterprise contract governs its own billing terms.

A 7.5–10% service fee applies to bookings generated through the Tecmora marketplace.

Solo includes 50 new production bookings per UTC calendar month, including cancelled bookings. Test inspections and reschedules do not count. API connections require supported endpoints and your provider credentials; provider charges are separate.
